we implement product developments from virtual development to
prototypes and small series production.
Highly automated vehicles, ride-hailing, robo-taxis - all of these will become reality in a few years. In the meantime, intelligent assistance systems are increasingly supporting drivers and relieving them of the complex driving task. Still, drivers are expecting a highly precise vehicle handling and the most comfortable ride possible. With our expert knowledge in the development and safeguarding of functions, sensors and chassis electronics, we have been successfully supporting our customers for many years in the development of intelligent vehicles and enhancing their driving dynamics. YOUR TASKS
- Vehicle maintenance software upgrades with BMW Standard Tools ESys, Ediabas.
- Measurement equipment VIGEM logger, Vector equipment installation and configuration.
- Toolchain maintenance including VIGEM Copy Station, NAS Server.
- Reliable and safe driving of prototypes in all China traffic and infrastructure situations.
- Support local engineer in doing ADAS and driving dynamics tests by driving prototype vehicles. Test ADAS and driving dynamics functions in real-world traffic situations, giving feedback on functional performance, bugs and optimization needs.
- Pre-analyze results with CARMEN and Vector from findings during test drive, create problem report or test summaries from test drives.
- Testing mainly in Shenyang area but also in different locations throughout China as needed.
YOUR PROFILE

- Chinese driver license is mandatory, excellent driving skills are required.
- Experienced in driver assistant system or vehicle dynamic systems projects with testing and problem management.
- Experienced in projects of automotive electronic systems (hardware and software) with focus on ADAS or driving dynamics.
- Experienced in vehicle maintenance projects using BMW standard tools such as ESys, Ediabas and in updating vehicle hardware and software
- Familiar with vehicle bus systems such as Flexray, CAN, Ethernet and with bus analysis using Vector tool chain.
- Experienced in testing projects, familiar with vehicle measurement equipment such as Vigem and Vector. Familiar with Linux system operation and better to have basic programming language, e.g. python,cpp.
- Working language is mainly English, so fluent English is required in writing and speaking
