ARRK Engineering is part of the international ARRK Group and specialized in
all services relating to product development. Within the ARRK Group we implement
product development from virtual engineering to prototypes and low volume production.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accompanying the component and vehicle development.
- Supporting the evolution progress, up to the release phase, of the component suppliers.
- Monitoring the development steps up to the start of series production.
- Planning and procurement of the test vehicle and parts as well as capacity control of the test facilities.
- Implementation support and preparation of crash and sled tests
- Creation of component analyzes of safety-relevant components (airbags, belts, belt buckles, child seats, vehicle structures, etc.)
- Independent coordination with the responsible specialist departments of the customer.
- Perform CAE simulations to evaluate and enhance full vehicle crashworthiness performance in conjunction with occupant safety.
- Conduct optimization simulations using FEM Methods.
YOUR PROFILE
- You should be either a graduate engineer in Road Vehicle, Mechanics, Electro-mechanics, Electro-technics, Mathematician, Physicist or you should have had a comparable education.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office software, primarily Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Professional experience in the field of passive vehicle safety & FEM knowledge is preferred.
- Working with PC-supported measurement technology (software tools Cavit, VisVerdi, Falcon, Animator) desirable but not absolutely necessary .
- Fluency in English or German is a must (written and spoken).
