YOUR TASKS
- Serve as ARRK’s local technical representative and project manager for ADAS & autonomous driving projects in China
- Establishment and management of local customer relations
- Controlling and ensuring the strategic and business objectives are achieved
- Corporate responsibility for your own business unit with responsibility for profitability
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of your team and development of your employees
- Establishment and expansion of the existing team and active participation in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable degree
- Sound professional experience in the automotive electronics industry (e.g. as a development / test engineer)
- First leadership experience as a team, project or group / department manager
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a structured way of working, and having fun with a wide range of options
