YOUR TASKS
- Define and document effective test strategies tailored to different project needs
- Develop and maintain automated tests for web UIs, web services, interfaces etc.
- Select and implement test tools that support scalable, efficient QA processes
- Create and execute manual test cases, especially for new or exploratory features
- Perform regression testing for release candidates and automate where feasible
- Establish and manage quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
- Track and report test coverage, defect trends, and quality metrics
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Continuously refine and improve QA workflows as the team grows
YOUR PROFILE
- Hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proven knowledge in designing and executing test strategies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and XRAY test management
- Basic understanding of Java Spring Boot and Angular
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented work style
- Initiative and drive to shape testing culture and improve processes
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in Agile environments, particularly Scrum
- German language skills are a plus
