WHAT TO EXPECT

Do you want to do more than just talk about digital transformation? Do you want to actively build it? Then you've come to the right place! In your role, you'll shape the AI-driven organization – hands-on, technically sound, and with real impact. You'll develop intelligent automation solutions using low-code, RPA, and generative AI, build AI agents and pipelines with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen, and orchestrate complex workflows with Azure AI Services, Power Platform, or n8n. You'll be the central point as architectural sketches become production systems – ensuring that AI and automation not only work but also scale.

YOUR TASKS

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You'll design and implement intelligent automation solutions – from low-code platforms (Power Platform, n8n, Make) and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) to code-based AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
  • You develop AI agents and agent architectures, orchestrate multi-agent processes via MCP servers, and integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-5, Claude, Mistral) into production systems via APIs.
  • You build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, design vector store architectures, and connect knowledge bases with intelligent agents.
  • You develop and integrate APIs between cloud services, business applications, and data models – cleanly, with documentation, and ready for production.
  • You analyze and redesign business processes, identify automation and AI potential, and derive technical implementation concepts.
  • You support our clients from initial process mapping through solution design to the implementation of scalable, secure solutions.
  • You work closely with product owners, business units, and IT teams, and assume technical responsibility in projects.
  • You promote knowledge transfer and best practices – both internally and with clients – for the sustainable use of AI and automation.
 
Must have:
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience in implementing automation or AI projects – whether low-code, RPA, or code-first.
  • Knowledge of Python and experience with at least one AI framework. (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) or a low-code platform (Power Automate, n8n, UiPath).
  • Understanding of LLM concepts: prompting, RAG, function calling, embeddings, vector stores.
  • Expertise in API design, cloud integrations, and data modeling.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills. German is a plus. 
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI Services, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Knowledge of MCP server orchestration, Copilot agents, or agent architectures.
  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector).
  • Basic knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, or fine-tuning.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Power Platform, or UiPath.
