we implement product developments from virtual development to
prototypes and small series production.
- Part of a team of 100+ engineers advancing digital transformation for automotive clients, this role involves full-stack development in the cloud, incorporating AI-assisted tools and modern software practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver high-performance, reliable and scalable applications, provide technical consulting and contribute to solution design and quality standards across projects.
YOUR TASKS
- Build frontend features in Angular and backend services/APIs in Java (Spring Boot/Quarkus) or Node.js
- Develop and manage cloud-based web applications (AWS) that enable automotive clients’ digital transformation initiatives
- Incorporate AI-assisted solutions into daily development tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to define, design and deliver new features, actively participating in technical discussions in a consulting-oriented way
- Ensure applications are performant, scalable, secure and reliable, meeting both user and business expectations
- Actively apply and promote software engineering best practices, contributing to code quality, maintainable structure, thorough documentation and development automation
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
- Proven ability to develop, deploy and maintain end-to-end web applications using Angular for frontend and Java (Spring Boot/Quarkus) or Node.js for backend on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Experience or interest in AI-assisted development is a plus
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including code quality, testing strategies and maintainable design principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams and contribute to a constructive engineering culture
- Clear and confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus
- An interest in the automotive domain or enthusiasm for cars is a plus
