YOUR TASKS
- Perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and thermal simulations in the fields of vehicle interior & exterior, lighting systems, under hood thermal management, HVAC systems;
- Utilize CFD tools (ANSYS Fluent, Star CCM) to solve physics-based problems related to, thermal comfort, hydraulics, thermal runaway, aerodynamics etc.;
- Validation and verification of CFD solutions and/or matching to experimental data;
- Develop and deliver detailed simulation solutions through project activities;
- Ensure that all engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with the Company’s quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved – adheres to company’s and customer quality standards at all times;
- Understand the scope of work for all allocated engineering deliverables and ensure that it is delivered to the requisite quality, budget and schedule;
- Improve existing analytical capabilities by developing and improving best practices, automating processes, and streamlining workflows;
- Documentation, reporting, and making technical presentations of engineering solutions to design teams and clients
- Work independently while communicating and coordinating with other engineering disciplines and project managers;
- Work closely with European Offices to improve and develop solutions / products / offerings, take part in problem identification and solution deployment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Aerospace Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering and other related majors
- Good knowledge in fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer and Automotive Engineering;
- Experience in CFD tools and numerical analysis is an advantage;
- Highly responsible for the work, excellent organizational skills, and maintain a proactive attitude;
- Good teamwork skills and ability to complete challenging work independently;
- Profound communication in spoken and written English, good German language skills desirable(both written and spoken)
