CAE Group Leader (m/f/x)

• Serve as technical representative and project manager for CAE projects in China
• Establish and manage of local customer relations
• Control and ensure the strategic and business objectives is achieved
• Corporate responsibility for the business unit with responsibility for profitability
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of the team and development of the employees
• Establish and expand of the existing team and active participate in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews
• All other tasks assigned by General Manager

• Bachelor and above degree in relevant majors
• Sound professional experience in Passive Safety, NVH, Chassis
• Leadership experience as a team, project or group / department manager
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese to work with contracts at all levels and maintain business relationships
• Able to travel frequently
