WHAT TO EXPECT
ARRK Engineering is part of the international ARRK group of companies and
specialized in product development. Within the ARRK group of companies
we implement product developments from virtual development to
prototypes and small series production.
As SE-TL, you will act as the key technical interface between the customer and suppliers for all HMI control components (buttons, switches, control panels) in series-production vehicles. You will act as a primary link between the customer, suppliers, and the internal team ensuring on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery, managing technical changes, approvals, and coordination across multiple teams. You will also guide and support the internal team to guarantee smooth execution of the project.
YOUR TASKS
- Serve as the primary contact point between customer, suppliers, and internal teams during series production of control elements (buttons, switches, etc.).
- Coordinate internal team and suppliers to efficiently take care of technical changes, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards within time and budget.
- Validate and approve change requests, supporting suppliers and internal teams in implementation.
- Use Jira (or similar tools such as Octane, PQM) for tracking activities, defect management, and project reporting.
- Monitor tool usage and propose improvements for better efficiency and transparency (e.g., reporting dashboards, workflow adjustments).
- Organize and lead project meetings, committee sessions, and decision-making rounds.
- Supervise and mentor the internal SE team, ensuring proper task distribution and knowledge transfer.
- Proactively identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support reporting and documentation for customer and internal stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related Engineering field.
- Several years of experience in automotive technical project management, preferably in HMI, control elements, or series production.
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, change management, and series production processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to interface effectively with client and suppliers.
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards, validation processes, and series production follow-up.
- Experience in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and project tracking project and defect management tools such as Jira, Octane, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
- International, multi-site project experience.
