WHAT TO EXPECT

  • This Smart Practice offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of an autonomous RC car. Participants will gain hands-on experience in component assembly, C++ programming, software and hardware testing, and the implementation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functionalities.

YOUR TASKS

 

YOUR PROFILE

    • Key Responsibilities

      1. Component Assembly (1 position)

      Integrate key elements such as Lidar sensors, NVIDIA hardware, and RC car chassis parts.

      Raspberry Pi/Arduino & Smart Environment Creation

      2. Software Development (4 positions)

      C++ Development

    • Adapt and enhance the existing C++ codebase powering autonomous functionalities.
    • Testing & Validation
    • Execute tests to ensure the performance and reliability of both hardware and software systems.
    • ADAS Feature Development
    • Collaborate with the team to research and build new ADAS functionalities for enhanced autonomy.
 
  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related program
  • Basic knowledge of C++
  • Interest in robotics, autonomous systems, and automotive technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
