WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Join a team delivering advanced software solutions that drive digital engineering, AI adoption and transformation initiatives across the mobility industry. In this role, you will primarily focus on hands-on software development, building intelligent applications that integrate AI technologies into engineering workflows. You will also collaborate directly with customers, contributing with your technical expertise in a consulting-oriented environment to shape practical, high-impact solutions.

YOUR TASKS

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Design, develop and maintain software solutions that support digital and data-driven initiatives, mostly for clients in the mobility industry
  • Apply strong programming skills in Python, C++ and/or C# to implement robust, scalable and maintainable systems
  • Work with AI-related technologies and contribute to developing software that integrates AI-based technologies into project solutions
  • Ensure software quality, performance and maintainability through structured development practices and code reviews
  • Integrate applications and components with existing systems, tools and platforms as required by project needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand requirements, refine concepts and deliver robust technical solutions
  • Actively contribute to documentation, technical discussions and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
 
  • Experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a comparable technical role
  • Background in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with additional experience in C#, C++, or similar languages
  • Good understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, with practical exposure to developing software tools that embed AI capabilities
  • Comfortable working in customer-facing setups and contributing to technical discussions
  • Ability to analyze technical problems and design practical, maintainable software solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams and contribute to a constructive engineering culture
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus
