WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Our Powertrain division in Cluj-Napoca is currently in search of a specialist in tolerance management, specifically within the domain of electric drive development alongside an international team.

  • The ideal candidate will display a strong sense of motivation, proactivity, and independence.

YOUR TASKS

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Tolerance management in the development of electric drives in an international team.
  • You accompany the development of powertrain systems, by analyzing the theoretical manufacturing tolerances and ensure the product functionality.
  • You develop dimensioning and tolerance systems in relation to interface requirements and assembly concepts.
  • Drawing analysis and optimization.
  • Carrying out and evaluate software-supported 3D and 1D tolerance simulations, e.g. in 3DCS, EZtol, Excel.
  • Advice and support for designers during development of parts and products from concept to series production. Presentation of the work results and explanation of the interpretation to customers.
 
  • An engineering degree in mechanical - automotive engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, goal oriented.
  • Expert knowledge in actual ISO GPS Standard and experiences in CATIA V5, 3DCS software is a plus.
  • Teamwork and communication skills as well as confident interaction with external and internal representatives.
  • High motivation and willingness to perform. 
  • Independent, self-responsible working style and a high level of proactivity.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus.
