Are you an experienced technical buyer looking for a new challenge in an international environment? In this role, you will take full responsibility for procurement activities from Romania, manage supplier networks, and play a key role in steering and optimizing purchasing processes. As the central point of contract, you will be in close contact with your German colleagues, provide them with procurement guidance and ensure smooth, cross-border cooperation.
You will be part of a modern and dynamic procurement organization that focuses on strategic supplier management, smart negotiation and building strong partnerships.

YOUR TASKS
- You will independently manage the procurement of materials, technical components, and Engineering services for our international operations.
- You will select, develop, and evaluate national and international suppliers, continuously expand our strategic supplier network.
- You will independently lead contract and price negotiations in German and English, to secure the best conditions for the company.
- You will act as a key liaison, provide professional support, and advise our German colleagues professionally from Romania.
- You will ensure efficient and timely execution of purchasing processes and proactively identify and implement optimization opportunities.
- You will continuously monitor the market and actively contribute of the development of our purchasing strategies.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Law, Business Administration, or a comparable specialization.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in technical purchasing, ideally with a focus on Engineering services and technology.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- You have a high degree of self-organized, initiative and experience of working independently in an international environment.
- You have strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a high degree of intercultural competence.
- You enjoy leading, advising, and supporting colleagues remotely, maintaining a professional and collaborative working relationship.
