- As a cybersecurity engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the security of our IT infrastructure and sensitive data.
YOUR TASKS
- Conception and implementation of security architectures.
- Integration of security solutions into existing systems.
- Maintenance and care of security systems (updating, monitoring, fixing gaps).
- Carrying out security tests (penetration tests, vulnerability scans, audits).
- Monitoring networks and systems for security threats.
- Rapid response to security incidents (investigation, action).
- Employee training to raise awareness of security practices.
- Develop training materials and resources.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, cybersecurity or a similar field.
- Proven professional experience as a cybersecurity engineer.
- Sound knowledge of network security, encryption technologies and firewalls, pentests (e.g. OWASP Top 10).
- Experience applying security standards and protocols.
- Programming experience in relevant languages (e.g. Python, Java, C++) is an advantage.
- Analytical skills to identify vulnerabilities and develop appropriate countermeasures.
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH) are desirable.
- Good communication skills (in English, German is a plus) to convey complex security concepts in an understandable manner.
